Goodbye “Hipstertown”

Since New York’s weather been warming up, I started feeling a sense of nostalgia towards my old neighborhood- Williamsburg, BK. I started missing my routine walk to 14th St after work to take the L-Train home. After an awesome Saturday brunch with my super talented friend/ex-roomie in Bushwick, on my way back to Astoria on the L-train I can’t help but to get off on Bedford Ave. I’ve thought of going back many times on warm days, but nostalgia is such a weird feeling.

West Coast Springing

After leaving my sweet LA home for more than 3 years, the opportunity to return for a visit finally came in the form of an invitation to join an old friend for a road trip adventure from Los Angeles, CA to Vail, CO to attend the Vail Film Festival. What better opportunity for me to break out my Nikon D7000! Here are some photos from the trip: Most are shot on the D7000 and only a few from my HTC Evo Andriod phone.

West Coast Thanksgiving

After almost 4 years apart the Malaysian Campbell girls, who have scattered all over the States, finally get to have a mini-reunion this thanksgiving in Northern California.

Prior to the trip, I have been thinking of getting a DSLR but wasn’t able to. Thankfully a friend allowed me to borrow his for a few second while we were in Napa valley. So here are few of the shots that I took with his Nikon D3000.
